Entrepreneurs in Tunisia still have the chance to apply for the Founder Institute’s Fall 2025 accelerator program. Backed by a global network and guided by local startup leaders, the program aims to equip founders with the tools, mentorship and investor access needed to build fundable businesses and strengthen Tunisia’s startup ecosystem.

The program will run from September 30 to December 24, 2025, with applications closing on September 14. Designed for serious founders at the earliest stages, the accelerator provides structure, accountability and a community of support. For Tunisian entrepreneurs, this represents a unique opportunity to develop their ideas into businesses that can attract investment and compete regionally and globally.

The Founder Institute, based in Silicon Valley, has established itself as the world’s most proven network for turning ideas into startups and startups into global businesses. Since 2009, its accelerators have supported more than 8,100 entrepreneurs across 100 countries, helping them raise over $1.9 billion in funding. The Tunis program is part of this worldwide effort to empower people to create impactful technology companies.

Local leadership plays a key role in the program’s delivery. The Tunis Fall 2025 edition is directed by Achref Chafter, Director of Founder Institute Tunisia and Ali Mnif, Director at the Founder Institute. They are joined by respected figures in the startup ecosystem, including Emna Ghariani, CEO of Veamly and Ghazi Saddem. Together, they bring a mix of global insight and local experience to guide founders through the program.

At the heart of the accelerator is the FI Core program, a structured four-month process that combines sprints, weekly feedback, office hours and working groups. The goal is not theoretical learning but practical progress. Founders are pushed to validate ideas, develop teams, build products and reach the milestones needed to attract investors. The methodology is proven to help entrepreneurs build fundable businesses faster and with fewer mistakes.

The program is tailored to different stages of the startup journey. Idea-stage entrepreneurs can enter the Validate Track, where they refine concepts, reduce risks and take first steps in team building. Those with prototypes or early traction join the Launch Track, which focuses on product development, early growth and setting up advisory structures. More advanced founders ready to scale and raise funding are placed in the Traction Track, where they prepare investor-ready pitch decks, strengthen growth engines and work toward market fit.

Regardless of the track, graduates leave with measurable achievements. Founders can expect to walk away with validated business ideas, formal advisors, a structured corporation and clear milestones for the future. For some, this includes raising investment during the program itself. For others, it means building the foundation for sustained growth and positioning themselves to attract investors soon after completion.

Support does not end with graduation. Alumni gain free access to the Founder Lab accelerators, which provide ongoing resources and advanced training. They are also connected to the FI Venture Network, a global community of investors actively seeking early-stage opportunities. This combination of continuous support and international reach gives Tunisian entrepreneurs access to resources that would otherwise be difficult to find.

One of the program’s strongest features is its emphasis on community. Founders are not left to build alone. They are surrounded by mentors, peers and investors who provide constant feedback and encouragement. This collaborative environment fosters accountability and allows entrepreneurs to learn from both successes and failures in real time.

For Tunisia, the timing of this program is important. The country’s startup ecosystem is growing and with it comes a need for structure, mentorship and pathways to investment. By connecting local talent with global expertise, the Founder Institute helps create startups that are not only relevant for the Tunisian market but also capable of scaling internationally. This supports Tunisia’s broader goal of becoming a competitive player in the regional and global innovation economy.

Entrepreneurs who are serious about building their businesses, whether they are validating an idea, preparing to launch or scaling for growth, are encouraged to apply.

For Tunisian founders, this is more than an accelerator. It is a chance to gain access to the world’s largest network of mentors, investors and peers. It is an opportunity to take an idea and turn it into a sustainable business, with the backing of a community that has already helped thousands succeed. The Founder Institute Tunis Fall 2025 program offers a pathway to growth, investment and long-term impact for those ready to take the leap.
