Bisola’s Vision for Sustainable Growth

Bisola Rebecca Bamidele is redefining what it means to be an entrepreneur in Africa. At the intersection of finance and sustainability, she has built a career that is as much about impact as it is about profit. As the CEO and founder of ReyCah Eco-Consult Limited, Bisola is proving that financial freedom and climate action are not just compatible—they are inseparable.

A Purpose-Driven Journey

With a background in ecotourism and wildlife management, Bisola has long understood the delicate balance between economic development and environmental preservation. “The thought of the ecology has always been my motivation in making critical decisions, even up to finance,” she says. This philosophy has guided her work as an advocate for green, eco-friendly technologies, a mission that led her to establish ReyCah Eco-Consult Limited—a company dedicated to bringing sustainable solutions to Africa, for Africa, and with Africans.

“The plan is to bring eco-friendly solutions to Africa for Africa and with Africans,” she states.

But her impact does not end there. She also serves as Director for Research and Development at Amitech Green Lion Limited, a leading recycling company in Bauchi, northern Nigeria. Under her leadership, the company has driven innovative waste management strategies while raising awareness about the environmental and financial benefits of sustainable practices.

The Power of Education and Mindset Shift

Bisola believes that true transformation begins with knowledge. “My approach has always been education first,” she explains. “I know that once a mindset is changed, the attitude will definitely eventually change.” This conviction led her to spearhead a 2021 community development project, where she partnered with key government agencies to educate junior school students on proper waste disposal. Her initiative not only promoted environmental awareness but also tackled another critical issue—access to education. By donating school chairs to marginalized communities, she encouraged students to stay in school and build a better future.

Funding the Future

Despite the success of her initiatives, Bisola acknowledges the challenges that come with financing ecological projects. “Funding has always been a challenge for projects, especially projects focused on ecological benefit,” she notes. Having experienced firsthand the devastating effects of flooding, she is committed to combating climate change through education and sustainable practices. This is why she has thrown her support behind Unitsky String Transport Technology, a low-footprint transportation solution that she believes could revolutionize mobility in national parks, game reserves, and urban landscapes.

“And we all do this by supporting the technology of engineer of the world, Anatoly Unitsky-Edwardovic.”

However, like many green innovations, the project struggles with securing adequate investment. “If funding hadn’t been an issue, its impacts would have been widespread,” she laments Yet, her determination to create a greener future remains unshaken.

To tackle this challenge, Bisola’s company, ReyCah Eco-Consult Limited though just over a year old is already making waves and has integrated investment education into its core operations. “We have a mentorship class where we teach students on investment, and not just investment, but on eco-friendly investment opportunities,” she explains. Her first cohort in 2024 concluded with every student holding an investment portfolio in an ecological project—a testament to her belief in combining financial literacy with sustainability.

“Now, we start cohort two. All I can just say is that watch out for the brand in the ecological space” she proudly shares.

A Growing Movement

Beyond her own company, Bisola is an ambassador for Sky World Community, a network of over 600,000 private investors dedicated to solving global transportation problems through sustainable methods. For those who share her vision, she extends an invitation: “If you are one who would love to see the world a better place and want to support action, our community is for you,” she says.

Over the span of three years, she was recognized as one of the top five speakers for Sky World Community in 2024, earning a special award for her efforts. She has successfully spearheaded environmental and financial literacy programs across Nigeria and Ghana, respectively.

Her future ambitions for ReyCah Eco-Consult are equally bold. “This is our continent. If we don’t build it, who will build it for us?” she asks. Her vision is to see the company attract African investments that drive sustainable change on the continent. She is determined to create a brand synonymous with eco-friendly investments and finance, ensuring that every project she touches contributes to a greener, more prosperous Africa.

Through her work, she is defining how finance and sustainability intersect, inspiring countless individuals to build a brighter future. “We are united with one purpose, love, which is love for the planet,” she says.

Bisola’s work is a powerful reminder that entrepreneurship is about more than just making money—it is about making a difference. Her blend of environmental advocacy, financial expertise, and educational initiatives is setting a new standard for impact-driven leadership. As she continues to expand her reach, one thing is certain: Africa’s eco-finance revolution is just beginning, and Bisola is at the forefront.
